Request access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, or submit a privacy complaint. Requests are recorded with a reference and a 30-day response target. Identity is verified proportionately before personal information is disclosed or changed.

Complaints and escalation

We investigate complaints, document findings, correct substantiated issues, and explain the outcome. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or another regulator with jurisdiction. Using this process does not limit those rights.
