The service is designed for adults around the world, subject to regional law, provider availability, sanctions, technical limits, and the restrictions below.
Worldwide by default
Local PDF tools are intended to remain accessible in supported countries across the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific, Australia, and New Zealand. Mandatory local consumer and privacy rights remain unaffected.
Quebec excluded
Following legal review, the English-only service is not offered to Quebec residents. A future Quebec launch requires complete French interfaces, contractual materials, customer support, and renewed Quebec-specific legal review.
Privacy varies by region
Consent, opt-out, access, correction, deletion, appeal, complaint, and advertising choices are applied where required. Ads will not serve where prior consent is required until Google’s certified consent message records an eligible choice.
Restricted circumstances
Service or advertisements may be unavailable to sanctioned persons or locations, or where export controls, local law, court orders, provider rules, connectivity, or safety requirements prevent delivery.
Service limitations everywhere
Worldwide availability does not authorize personal, health, legal, financial, government, child-related, professional, classified, export-controlled, or other regulated records. The service is not a regulated-sector processor, professional service, identity-verification provider, notarization system, or qualified signature platform.
Advertising availability
AdSense code is installed for publisher review, but ad serving remains subject to Google account and site approval, consent eligibility, inventory, location, and provider rules. Rewarded access is not active and will not be offered unless Google makes an appropriate compliant format available to this account. Basic local functionality remains available when lawful even if no advertisement is available; no advertising revenue is guaranteed.
Changes
Territorial availability may change promptly when laws, sanctions, provider requirements, language obligations, or technical conditions change. Geographic detection is an estimate and can be imperfect. Attempting to evade a lawful or sanctions restriction is prohibited.
