Electronic Signature Disclosure.

The signing feature places typed text on a PDF. It is convenient, but it is not a verified or qualified digital-signature service.

Consent to electronic process

By selecting a signing feature, you consent to receive and sign that document electronically for the transaction you are conducting. No person is required to accept electronic documents merely because this service is available.

What the service does

The service places the text supplied by the signer on the final page and produces a downloadable PDF. Signature-request links encrypt the original PDF before temporary upload; the recipient decrypts and signs locally. The recipient downloads the signed PDF and a separate evidence record containing the entered name, consent and signing timestamps, and hashes of the original and signed documents. Limited pseudonymous events are deleted when the temporary request expires.

What the service does not prove

The evidence record does not independently verify identity, age, authority, capacity, delivery, location, document review, custody outside the browser, enforceability, or whether downloaded files were later altered. The service does not cryptographically bind a verified identity, notarize, witness, provide a qualified certificate, or return the completed file automatically to the sender.

Your representations when signing

By selecting “Sign,” you knowingly adopt the typed name as your electronic signature, request that it be placed on the document, and represent that you are at least 18, have reviewed the final document, are the named signer or are lawfully authorized to sign for that person or organization, have legal capacity and all required consents, and have independently determined that this method is permitted and suitable for the transaction.

Our limited role

AKELASENTERPRISES provides a technical PDF tool only. It is not a party, witness, notary, certificate authority, trust-service provider, identity-verification provider, custodian, escrow agent, or legal adviser. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that a signature or document will be valid, admissible, enforceable, accepted, tamper-proof, attributable to a particular person, or legally effective. Rights and liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded remain unaffected.

When not to use it

Do not use this feature where law, regulation, a court, a regulator, a government body, a contract, or a professional rule requires a witness, notary, original paper, prescribed form, secure or qualified signature, identity proofing, tamper-evident audit trail, or another specific signing method. Obtain legal advice for wills, powers of attorney, real-estate transfers, court filings, regulated financial documents, health consents, or other important matters.

Copies and withdrawal

Download and retain your completed file, evidence record, and supporting communications. Before signing, you may stop and use a different signing method. After downloading or sending a signed document, withdrawal and legal effect depend on the parties, the transaction, and applicable law—not this service.

Operator and questions

The service is operated by Nicholas Ekman, carrying on business as AKELASENTERPRISES, a registered Ontario sole proprietorship. Questions about this disclosure may be sent to AkelasEnterprises@hotmail.com. This contact does not provide legal advice.
