Personal and regulated information prohibited

Do not put personal information into the service. This includes identifying, contact, account, government-identifier, biometric, employment, education, financial, tax, insurance, legal, immigration, child, precise-location, or personal health information; privileged professional files; court-sealed, classified, export-controlled, or government-protected records; or information subject to a professional, statutory, contractual, fiduciary, or regulated-sector duty. The browser-only form filler is for non-sensitive forms and does not change this restriction.

Prohibited users and contexts

Healthcare providers, health information custodians and their agents, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, insurers, lawyers and law firms, courts, financial institutions, governments, public-sector bodies, regulated professionals, and their service providers must not use the service for work records or regulated activities.

Other prohibited activity

You may not process stolen or unlawfully obtained data; forge, falsify, impersonate, defraud, harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate, or deceive; distribute malware; violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or trade-secret rights; perform unlawful surveillance; probe without authorization; automate abusive requests; evade limits or territorial controls; manufacture advertising impressions; or use links to conceal unlawful material.

Sanctions and restricted trade

You may not use the service as, for, or on behalf of a sanctioned, blocked, or prohibited person or entity; from a location where delivery is prohibited; for export-controlled information; or in violation of applicable trade restrictions.

Enforcement

Access may be limited, blocked, preserved, or reported where reasonably necessary for safety or legal duties. Local-first and encrypted processing do not make prohibited use acceptable. You remain responsible for your documents, authority, disclosures, compliance, outputs, and recipients.
