Effective August 30, 2026 · Version 12
Cookie & Tracking Notice.
Essential storage supports legal acknowledgement and optional Day Pass recovery. Google ownership verification uses public metadata and ads.txt; advertising scripts remain disabled pending approval and consent testing; no independent analytics service is intentionally enabled.
Essential browser storage
The site stores the legal-notice version in local storage so acknowledgement is not repeatedly requested. If you begin Day Pass checkout, an HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite cookie holds a random entitlement token; it cannot be read by page scripts and normally expires no later than the pass. After a successful return from Stripe, this browser may store the Stripe Checkout Session reference locally so the “Already purchased” control can restore the entitlement cookie. The reference is sent only to our fixed payment-status endpoint in a POST body, checked against Stripe and the exact Day Pass product, and is removed through your browser controls. It does not contain document data or card details. When sponsored access is activated, limited storage may also record entitlement expiry and daily sponsored-session count. These values must not contain document data or be used for cross-site profiling.
Network security data
Normal requests expose an IP address to hosting infrastructure. For cost-bearing encrypted-link features, the application converts it into a salted one-way value for daily allowances and abuse prevention and deletes application usage and rate-limit records after about two days. Changing networks or using a VPN may change this value, but site-wide capacity ceilings still apply. Infrastructure providers may retain necessary security logs under their controlled schedules. This information is not used for advertising.
Google advertising
Google AdSense may use cookies, local storage, IP addresses, device and browser information, page URLs, consent signals, ad interactions, and fraud-prevention information for advertising delivery, frequency controls, security, measurement, and reporting. It must be configured for contextual or non-personalized advertising by default and use Google’s certified consent platform where required. No document data, filenames, PDF text, identity supplied to a tool, secure-link material, or local use-context selection may be supplied for ad targeting. Rewarded ads may be offered only through a deliberate opt-in control if Google makes an appropriate compliant format available. Interstitial or vignette eligibility is limited to natural page transitions and provider frequency controls. Advertisements must never open unexpectedly during a tool action, delay a completed download, imitate controls, encourage clicks, or auto-refresh merely to manufacture impressions.
Global Privacy Control and regional choices
Where legally required, a recognized Global Privacy Control signal will be treated as an opt-out of sale, sharing, cross-context behavioural advertising, and targeted advertising for that browser. We do not sell document or identity data. Advertising will not be activated for users requiring prior consent unless the approved consent platform records a valid choice, and refusing optional advertising storage must be as easy as accepting it.
Your controls
You may use the Google privacy message to consent, refuse, or manage options where it is displayed, and may revisit available privacy choices through the site’s ad-privacy controls after activation. You may also remove local and session storage through browser controls. This may cause the legal notice, purchase-recovery reference, free-operation counter, or sponsored entitlement to reset or become unavailable. Removing the recovery reference does not cancel a purchase; it may prevent automated restoration if the entitlement cookie is also removed.
