Turn scanned images into one ordered PDF, or merge existing scan PDFs, using local browser processing and no account.

Before you begin

• Decide whether the scans are image files or PDFs: images use Images to PDF; existing PDFs use Merge PDF.
• Rename or sort the source pages first if the file picker does not show them in the intended order.
• Keep every source scan until the combined result is complete and verified.

Step by step

1. 1For JPG, PNG, or supported HEIC scans, open Images to PDF and select the pages in order. For existing scan PDFs, open Merge PDF instead.
2. 2Confirm the displayed file order before processing. Create one combined PDF in browser memory.
3. 3Open the result, verify every page, and use Rearrange or Rotate only if corrections are needed.

Quality checks

• The first and last pages are correct and no page is missing or duplicated.
• Every page is upright, readable, and cropped acceptably.
• The finished file opens successfully before the source scans are removed.

Important limitations

• Images remain images; the tool does not add OCR or searchable text.
• Up to 20 images and 80 decoded megapixels can be processed in one image job.
• Many high-resolution scans can exceed mobile-browser memory; use a desktop when possible.

Privacy boundary

This workflow uses an ordinary local tool. Your selected document content stays in browser memory; normal website delivery can still expose standard technical information such as an IP address, browser details, requested public route, and security events to infrastructure providers. Do not use regulated or highly sensitive records unless the service has been reviewed and approved for that use.
